12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree;
Impeccable editing skills and editorial judgment, with the ability to handle legally sensitive stories;
Solid experience in developing content strategies across digital journalism and video to build and retain a large audience ;
Strong SEO skills;
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle several tasks at once;
Experience in managing a team.

This is a full time role based in either New York City, NY or Austin, TX. This is a highly collaborative hybrid environment where you will work in the office three days a week.

Salary Range for select office locations

New York $156,800 to $223,400

Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work.

Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary.

Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
