About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Buyer (M/F/x) to join our growing Circus troupe in Lucas, IA In this role, you will work closely with our team to oversee, manage, and optimize our procurement process for food, beverages, and kitchen technology.

Your goal will be to ensure that we deliver on our promises to customers by providing sustainable, affordable, and high-quality food on demand.

Your Daily Business:

Responsible for the Food & Beverage and Technology product groups
Collaborate with suppliers to develop product innovations for each group
Manage tenders, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish longterm relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding specific products (e.g. partner management, quality assurance, culinary) and purchasing processes
Ensure that margin targets are met by optimizing the supply of defined ingredients and minimizing waste
Continuously improve and adapt our purchasing processes for scalability
