Your responsibilities:

  • Independently handling interesting damage cases in global logistics chains
  • Investigation and determination of damage causes, including coordination of service providers involved in damage processing
  • Examination of liability issues and preparation of settlement decisions
  • Correspondence and communication with claimants, customers, and insurers
  • Participation in projects (e.g. development of prevention concepts and consulting for our customers)
  • Legally compliant documentation, use of available processing programs, and creation of statistics (reporting)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, alternatively as an insurance clerk
  • First professional experience in the field of liability and transport insurance (desirable)
  • Good language skills, preferably in German and English
  • Independent, flexible, and reliable way of working
  • Proficient in IT technologies (MS Office, webbased software)
