Odyssey Axe Throwing is looking for a few great Game Operators (i.e. Event Axe Throwing, Escape Room, Archery, and Rage Room Coaches) to join our growing team. We service a wide variety of events such as parties, fairs & festivals. Each event sees our teams interacting and being outgoing with the customers. These events are all laid back and fun, so they are great environments for a bubbly and casual-loving person to excel at.

These individuals will be tasked with the fluid operation of our axe throwing, archery, rage room and other trailers & games, and will be working with our senior game runners at events with the goal of becoming on of our senior games runners.

Your role will involve instructing and safety briefing customers before providing pointers and tips on how best to throw the axe as customers play.

Time management is important in keeping the game flow moving and allowing customers to feel fulfilled before exiting
- and then starting all over again with the next group.


This can be a Part Time -> Full Time position if that's what you're looking for. We appreciate our Game Instructors, and are always eager to have you grow with us. You will be paid for training

Responsibilities:

• Help setup game and all accompanying parts
• Greet customers who step inside the unit
• Instruct them on rules & best practices throwing an axe, playing an escape room, shooting arrows, etc.
• Coach them on their form. The goal is to have everyone hitting bullseyes
• Your role will be keeping everyone inside the trailer safe from any harm or collateral axe damage
• Tear down, repack and clean up of trailer

Job Qualifications

• Be an engaging, bubbly person
• Axe throwing proficiency preferred, but
  we'll train you

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract, Temporary. This can grow to Full-time as well.


Salary:
$ $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
