Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs trailer inspections, documents and maintains food safety of trailers.
- Creates Manifests for shipping finished and / or intermediary items.
- Receives in ingredients, supplies, and product to support East and West Main operations.
- Coordinates hauling of ingredients, supplies, and product to support East and West Main operations via dock appointment scheduling.
- Transfers and stages product into assigned work areas.
- Utilizes JDE and Data Collection Scanners to move pallets, ingredients, supplies, etc.
- Inspects cheese and materials for mold, direct and other foreign materials.
- Ensures all first in firstinfirstout principles are maintained throughout the manufacturing and packaging process.
- Follows sanitation instructions for cleaning equipment, coolers, and ship / receive, breakroom, and locker room areas.
- Supports all Wheel Finishing and Grating Cheese processes.
- Trains others in the essential duties and responsibilities for this department.
- Adheres to all Sartori Quality and Safety Policies.
- Operate Trash and Cardboard Compactors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalency, preferred.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction and conversions.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to achieve thoroughness and accuracy in everyday responsibility
- Good listening skills.
- Team Player committed, collaborative, dependable and reliable.
