- Own the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Communicate regularly with assigned customers to maintain account relationships, advise customers of new product offerings, and obtain feedback on products.
- Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, promotion execution, new products, and spending objectives.
- Develop, implement, and manage ongoing objectives for the broker network; conduct regular reviews of business performance with broker teams within a region. Direct distributors, brokers, and internal resources to accomplish sales and objectives. Drive new product and retail distribution initiatives.
- Successfully place products into new key retail stores, chains, and accounts.
- Monitor customer performance to develop action plans aimed at addressing challenges and maximize opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Food and/or Beverage products or other CPG products within a broker or consumer products company required.
- BS in Business or related field required. Associate Degree with related experience may be considered.
- Experience executing sales, increasing a book of business and delivering consistent positive business results within assigned responsibilities.
- Customer Focus with ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
- Understanding of and ability to forecast, plan and execute sales.
- High energy with a proactive approach to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively written and orally, including in persuasive presentations to stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Experience with Microsoft suite and CRM programs.
- Ability to travel
- Account management experience for grocery chain headquarters or regional grocery chains

As a key member of our dynamic Sales Team, the Sales Manager plays a crucial role in steering sales growth by leveraging professional relationships to add new accounts and growing sales within existing accounts. The Sales Manager will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams including Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Quality, and R&D to champion and sustain our ongoing high-growth initiatives.
