Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of assigned property
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain accurate records of propertyrelated transactions
  • Implement and enforce Fair Housing regulations
  • Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance projects
  • Utilize Onesite or similar software for property management tasks
  • Upsell additional services to tenants

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in property management or related field
  • Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a must
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks in real estate settings
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Understanding of facilities management principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
