- Collaborating closely with software development teams on ongoing projects
- Engaging with various stakeholders, including the executive team, to gather requirements
- Creating detailed requirements for the development team (user stories)
- Managing and prioritizing the team's tasks
- Providing regular progress updates and demonstrations to stakeholders and executives
- Addressing business queries from the development team
- Mandatory participation in Product Owner training and certification acquisition
- Performing other assigned duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of experience in backend business systems
- Proficiency in leading a scrum team following Agile practices
- Experience in requirement gathering and project documentation
