We're hiring an Associate Analyst, Business Intelligence

About this position
The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into reports, dashboards, and analytics. This individual will develop data visualizations and SQL queries per requirements provided in Jira tasks. Partner with BI analysts and developers to gain experience in report development best practices.

What you'll do

  • You Design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards using data from the warehouse. Ensure dashboards adhere to formatting and security standards.
  • You Participate in full BI development lifecycle: from defining requirements, creating SQL extract, developing BI objects, testing with enduser and promotion to production.
  • You Ensure documentation is clear and timely in Jira tickets and Confluence pages.
  • You Participates in code reviews as a presenter and reviewer; seek and share feedback on coding practices as appropriate.
  • You Join requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and engage in effective meetings with the BI team and technical partners.
  • You Train business partners on how to use features in our dashboards.
  • You Communicate clearly: verbal, written and presentations. Be detailed but to the point. Proper utilization of charts, tables and narrative with correct grammar is expected.
  • You Critical thinking, communication, and continuous improvement skillset is expected every day.

You should have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics or related field.
  • You have 13 years of related experience.
  • You are well versed in SQL
  • You are Collaborative, flexible & customercentric mindset.
  • You Focus on effectively & efficiently delivering outcomes for the Business.
  • You have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and effectively track details in a fastpaced environment.
  • You have strong planning and follow up skills.
  • You have the ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
  • You can anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively, and plan accordingly.
  • You' re adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects.
  • You maintain positive relationships with all departments.
  • You value relationships and is able to influence others to develop relationships that are reflected in continuously positive experiences.
