JOB DESCRIPTION The Mecklenburg State Theatre in Schwerin is looking for a Stage Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on [date].

The Mecklenburg State Theatre is a prestigious multi-disciplinary theatre (opera, drama, young state theatre, ballet, Fritz-Reuter stage and symphony orchestra) located in the state capital of Schwerin (metropolitan region of Hamburg).

The theatre is easily accessible by road and rail networks. Following the merger with the Parchim Theatre in 2016, the theatre now has three performance venues. We present approximately 550 performances and a number of large open-air events per season. As one of three equal stage managers in our theatre, you will report to the stage inspector. The stage technology department consists of a total of 26 stage technicians. You will work on productions in close collaboration with the directing teams and in coordination with the technical director.
