We are a team of digital experts based in Louisville, OH, with a strong focus on cloud technology. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Modernization Architect - Containerization to join our team.
At Nordcloud, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the European IT industry. We use an agile, cloud-native approach to help our clients fully utilize the potential of the public cloud.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in various customer projects involving cloudnative modernization, both during the presales and delivery phases
Creating solution designs and communicating the context, principles, benefits, and recommendations to stakeholders
Assisting with customer proposal writing and overseeing the implementation process
Utilizing best practices to design customer environments
Preparing lessons learned and best practices to support enterprise growth and transformation
Providing design recommendations to technical teams
Wearing multiple hats and following customer projects from start to release

As we have opportunities to work internationally, some
travel within Germany and other locations in Europe may be required.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Knowledge of software architecture patterns, including monolithic, SoA, microservices, and future trends
Experience with microservice design principles
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, setup, configuration, and best practices
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Containers, Helm Charts, and industry best practices and tools for monitoring, logging, and LCM
