Your Role:

As a Director Delivery And Operations, you will be a part of the Nextuple Engineering team that is building high quality enterprise class software for the retail industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Will manage OMS development & implementation, production & infrastructure support and environment management aspects of the project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources and change management.
• Create and own the project plan that includes management of scope, budget, schedule, issues, risks, quality standards, and other plans as needed.
• Implement Agile methodologies into the project management and conduct scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective sessions.
• Partner with Product Management and Business teams to understand business objectives and work with Technology delivery teams to deliver based on those objectives.
• Participate in all technical design reviews and product verification to ensure that deliverables both support the product vision and meet the defined requirements.
• Facilitate requirement gathering/discovery meetings with business team, key stakeholders and project SMEs.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations to various audiences, including project team, business sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Assign, prioritize and review the tasks and duties of development and QA leads to ensure timely delivery.
• Set and continually manage project and program expectations while managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
• Professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.
• Establish best practices, engineering processes, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
• Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring by sharing knowledge and expertise in technical project management with others.
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis.
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or a closely related degree
• Five (5) years of experience in the Software Industry.
