Your responsibilities:


  • Implementation of the AWO Governance Code and compliance regulations:
  • Identification and evaluation of compliance risks and support in deriving measures
  • Accompaniment of audits
  • Organization of training on compliance topics
  • Ensuring compliance reporting
  • Support for the executive board:
  • Handling individual inquiries from members regarding transparency and compliance
  • Collaboration with external legal advisors
  • Handling inquiries within the framework of association supervision
  • Drafting of resolution proposals
  • Other tasks:
  • Maintenance of master data for the state association, district and regional associations, and companies
  • Processing of notarial registration applications
  • Internal reporting officer for the whistleblower system according to the HinSchG
  • Interface to external data protection

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in the social economy, business administration, or as a lawyer and notary assistant
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations in the field of social welfare/social economy
  • Good communication and didactic skills
