Universal, IN is currently partnering with a leading technology company to fill the role of Head of Affiliates for their offices in St Julian's, Malta or Limassol, Cyprus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement an effective affiliate marketing strategy
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Affiliation team
- Set performance goals for the team and promote collaboration between departments
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, as well as maintain and grow existing relationships
- Address any inquiries or concerns from affiliates
- Plan and optimize affiliate campaigns, monitor performance, and identify new opportunities
- Implement reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a head of affiliates in the iGaming industry, managing teams of 5 or more people
- Proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- Relevant professional experience
- Ability to manage large budgets, including reporting and forecasting
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
