    Description

    Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)



    Company: Healthcare Facility



    Required:

    • Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an LVN
    • Active LVN License
    • BLS certification from AHA**Note
    • Please proceed with your application if you meet all the job criteria


    Location: Soledad, CA


    Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour (W2)


    Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension


    Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 2pm-10:30pm



    Job Description:

    • Organize, provide, and maintain essential healthcare services following CCHCS policies and procedures
    • Perform basic hygiene and nursing care such as administering prescribed medications and treatments as instructed by the physician
    • Report patient status information promptly to the Primary Care Provider (PCP) or Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Deliver patient education and accurately document care, including following physician's orders
    • Assist in administering therapeutic measures and treatments
    • Clean and upkeep medical equipment
    • Collect diagnostic test specimens as required
    • Support with clinic appointments including physical exams, minor surgeries, and identifying minor illnesses
    • Aid mental health professionals in treatment planning and evaluating patient progress
    • Participate in patient activities of daily living training and routine treatments


    Job Type: Contract


    Pay Rate: $55.00 per hour


    Expected Hours: 40 per week



    Standard Shift: Evening shift



    Weekly Schedule:

    • 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
    • Weekend availability as necessary


    Experience: 1 year of LVN experience required



    License/Certification:

    • BLS certification from AHA required
    • Active LVN License required

    Work Location: On-site
