VNA is dedicated to providing the highest quality health care to residents of the Central Coast.Our Home Health services focus on the rehabilitation and restoration of independence after surgery, an acute illness, as well as management and stabilization of chronic diseases.
Be part of a skilled team who assist patients, families, and caregivers in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
Under supervision, is responsible for providing skilled nursing and supportive care to patient, family and caregiver. Participates in modification of the plan of treatment.
Utilizes the nursing process to provide comfort, and care and maximizes the quality of life to the patient and family.
Status: Full-Time (Monday - Friday w/ rotating wknds)

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
A current license to practice as a Vocational Nurse in the State of California. Minimum of two years' experience in patient care with one year in home care, hospice, or specified program preferred. Current CPR certification. Bi-Lingual Spanish helpful
