Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their financial transactions
- Analyze transactions for potential fraud prevention detection
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Knowledge of financial sales processes is a plus
