The Maintenance Assistant will work with other staff to ensure all facilities are in habitable condition for the tenants of our housing programs.
LTHC provides housing to people who are experiencing homelessness.Job Duties:
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with general maintenance at various locations.
- Cleaning, painting, and preparing units for new tenant
- Household repairs (including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling)
- Move furnishings
- Yard Work (includes mowing/shoveling)
- Ensure each facility is habitable in a timely manner
- Assisting with various maintenance requests
Education:
- High School diploma preferred
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
