- 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a full bar.
- Demonstrated track record in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
- Prior experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
- Ability to commute up to one hour or thirty miles one way.
- ServSafe Certification is desirable.
