Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our team.

As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes, managing a lawn maintenance route and other employees.

You will also be responsbile for equipment maintenance and focusing on assisting in company growth. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. This position comes with a company phone and company vehicle that you can take home.


Duties:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Work on landscape projects as needed including grass, mulch, gravel, drainage installation etc... which also includes tree services and irrigation work.
• Supervise and lead a team of groundskeeping personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Maintain equipment in good working condition

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to lawn care including zero turns
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail to ensure highquality workmanship
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions including extreme Texas temperatures

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
