Interested in joining our team?Essential FunctionsHelp install power supply wiring and conduit such as EMT, Rigid conduit, MC cable, strut, and cable trayAssist with troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuitsHelp install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, lighting, and power suppliesMeasure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand toolsTrace out short circuits in wiring, using a test meterExamine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections using hand toolsConstruct controllers and panels, using power drills, taps, saws and punchesClean and maintain work area and washing partsMaintain tools, vehicle, equipment, and keeping parts and supplies in orderMinimum QualificationsCurrent Texas Apprentice LicenseMinimum 1 year electrical experience (2+ years of electrical experience preferred)Previous oilfield experience and knowledge is preferredHigh School Diploma/GED or higher levelBasic computer knowledge (windows, email, internet, etc.)Good communication skillsBasic math skillsReading skills (basic instructional and technical information)
