We are experts in IT personnel and commercial professionals in temporary employment and service and work contracts. Our clients include IT system houses, IT manufacturers, and IT service providers.


For our client in Edgewood, WA, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the position of Deputy Team Coordinator (m/f/d).


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of client backend solutions (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Matrix42 Empirum, Microsoft Defender)
  • Customization and implementation of device policies
  • Operation of managed print services (myQ, Canon uniflow)
  • Patch management
  • Creation and updating of packages for software distribution
  • 2nd level support for management solutions, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
  • Participation in decisions regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies
  • Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
  • Participation in IT projects that affect the workplace

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience
  • Strong communication skills and selfmotivation, independent work style, customeroriented mindset, and confident appearance
  • Experience in operating client management environments
  • Knowledge of crossarchitecture in the Windows environment is advantageous
  • ITSM basic knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of project management methods as a team member or work package manager in projects
  • Good knowledge of automating tasks with Microsoft PowerShell
  • Knowledge of managing
