- 20+ years of experience in military, government, or industry executive work with Naval Aviation
- Experience in NAVAIR Program Offices with leadership roles spanning all elements of operations
- Knowledge of NAVAIR operating principles and operations
- Knowledge of innovative technical approaches for rapid client delivery
- Ability to lead people, interface with senior leadership, and drive new business in the NAVAIR market space
- Ability to apply technical innovation and unique acquisition approaches to solve challenging problems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
