    Security Clearance Required:
    Top Secret Clearance
    This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Patuxent River, MD.
    CRL provides a signing bonus and potential relocation assistance for this position.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    Provide Executive Assistant support to the Program Office Program Manager and Principal Deputy Program Manager and support the program office operations team lead.


    Tasks Performed:

    Demonstrated Knowledge:

    Provide general administrative support to include but not limited to answering and transferring incoming calls, scheduling appointments, reserving conference rooms, and implementing administrative security measures as outlined in the specific offices program operating guide.

    Preparing and drafting correspondence for PM/DPM signature.
    De-conflict calendars for program office leadership across multiple computer systems.
    Maintain office supply stocks and orders supplies as necessary to meet organizational needs.

    Research GSA catalogs and outside vendors to determine potential sources of supply, use congressional mandated sources as required, prepare and staff procurement request forms for purchase.

    Prepare and process travel order requests and vouchers/sub vouchers in accordance with NAVPERS instructions and joint regulations. Maintain records of travel orders and voucher submittals, dates submitted and track progressing as required.
    Provide documentation development and support to meet program office data calls, briefs, and documentation requests.

    Assist the office with managing and retaining program documentation/program schedules on a classified network to include, but not be limited to configuration management, folder setup, and management of all task documentation to ease access, review, retrieval, and filing of all task-related documentation/briefs.

    Support the office in data retrieval, transfer, and archiving efforts.

    Required Education:
    High School diploma or GED.


    Required Experience:
    Candidate must have at least one (5) or more years of experience in a customer and business-oriented position.


    Desired Experience:
    Candidate should be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
    Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    Candidate should have demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
    Candidate should be able to work multiple tasks with limited supervision.
    Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, complex security environment.
    Candidate should have the ability to coordinate multiple schedules and operate secure and non-secure phone technology.
    Experience with booking travel and completing travel claims in the Defense Travel System (DTS) online portal.
    Candidate should be knowledgeable of Navy organizational structure.

    Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions:
    Experience cannot be substituted for education.

    Security Clearance Required:
    Top Secret Clearance.

    Estimated Travel: 5-10%
