PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS
Assists Bartenders and Management with the preparation and servicing of the bar.

**This is a tipped position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Retrieves stock from the storeroom, compares stock against the requisition order and delivers stock to the bar
Assists with maintaining the physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the bar, liquor room and storage room. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers and condiments.
Assists with the stock, cutting and sorting of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables daily to insure product quality
Greet all guests in a courteous manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests' expectations
Retrieves ice from ice bins and transports to the bar
Constantly checks with Bartenders to ensure adequate amounts of supplies
Assist with the opening and closing of the bar by setting up and breaking down the bar and service stations
Locks up and stores all beverage, food and other equipment items

SUPPORIVE FUNCTIONS

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based of the particular requirements of the company.

Attend mandatory meetings
Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
Keep work area clean and organized
Complete other duties as assigned by Management
Must adhere to all State and Federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed
