    Operation Coordinator
    We are seeking a skilled professional with strong communication and organizational abilities to join our success story. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a positive manner under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and TEAMs is required.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage critical data effectively.
    • Handle weekly reports efficiently.
    • Offer assistance to the Operations team.
    • Show willingness to embrace new technologies.
    • Take the lead in completing time-sensitive tasks.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes.
    • Work independently and follow instructions diligently.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
    • Undertake additional administrative tasks as necessary.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of four years in a fast-paced administrative role.
    • Strong ability to problem-solve and work with limited information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, TEAMs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Available for full-time on-site position.
