(Chicago/Hybrid) The Donor Relations Associate will interact directly with our donors through the donor call enter, responding to their inquiries, accepting donations, resolving concerns, and briefly praying with them for prayer requests. Your ability to attentively serve the needs of our donor partners will greatly impact our ability to provide life-saving aid to more than two million needy people in Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. This is a Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position located in our downtown Chicago office. In addition to speaking with donors directly, you will be making follow up calls when needed, preparing in-memory of or in honor of letters, responding to website feedback and doing necessary research in writing replies to donors. Donor Relations Associates will be working within our donor database as well as in Microsoft Office.


We are seeking an individual with a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent education; college degree is preferred.

Additionally, 2 plus years of relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar call center. We are asking for customer
- friendly, professional and problem-solving talent who has an understanding and sensitivity to both Jewish and Christian communities and a broad understanding of Evangelical Christian communities.
