    At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Bay Street Realty Group marketing starts with people, and we're looking for an agent centric Advertising and Digital Director to join our thriving brokerage. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, advertising, and marketing. We are looking for someone with a creative mind and the ability to communicate seamlessly. BHHS Bay Street Realty Group will rely on the marketing professional's ability to collaborate with a team, as well as a strong capacity for managing multiple tasks at one time. He/she will be expected to prepare market trends and industry data to help us stay on the cutting edge.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Broker management team in the delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company and client objectives.
    • Execute a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and agent support,
    • Maintain website updates and oversee all consumer facing digital communication channels
    • Implement online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms
    • Collaborate with agents to execute sales and marketing campaigns
    • Create all custom company marketing materials
    • Create content and distribution of press releases
    • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience with marketing, graphic design or advertising
    • Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions
    • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skill and presentation ability
    • Experience in content development
    • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
    • Knowledge of relevant markets and trends
