"Hunter - LIFE - LEARN - UNFOLD... This is not only the motto for over 500 children and teenagers aged 1 to 17 years who we accompany in our state-approved MONTESSORI school and our children's house with nursery, kindergarten and after-school care according to the principles of Maria Montessori, but also for approximately 165 employees in the fields of education, teaching, pedagogy and administration.

For this purpose, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Commercial Director (m/f/d)

(with potential for development to become the managing board member (m/f/d))

Your main responsibilities:

In trusting cooperation with the two board members (pedagogy/personnel and (building) infrastructure), you ensure the economic framework for our educational offerings and support the development of the association by tapping into new business areas.

You lead our finance team, including accounting and controlling, and develop the financing of our services by successfully implementing funding programs and fundraising.

Development:

In the long term, you have the opportunity to develop into the role of a managing board member as part of a succession plan.

This initially includes the additional areas of IT infrastructure and digitalization, and at a later stage, the building infrastructure.

Your qualifications:
