Administrative Assistant in Personnel and Operations (m/f/d) for our client in Pataskala, OH
Your responsibilities:
- Office management (file creation, document processing, correspondence)
- Recording and maintenance of employee master data and forwarding of all change documents for payroll processing
- Applicant management (e.g. correspondence, invitations) and support in the recruitment process
- Preparation of contracts, certificates, documents, and correspondence
Your profile:
- Commercial education desired
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally, first experience in invoice verification
- Absolute confidentiality
