INTRODUCTION:
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a Long Beach, CA company to hire various CNC Machinists.

Positions are full-time contract-to-hire positions that will include the client company's benefits when candidates become permanent employees of the client company.

JOB TITLE:
CNC Machinists

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CNC Machinists use a variety of CNC lathes and mills and work with graphite for the manufacturing of parts for various industries, including aerospace, by manufacturing procedures as approved by the FAA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Review blueprints and drawings to determine set-up procedures, machining sequences, and dimensions. Must be able to set up jobs by loading programs, selecting fixtures, part holders, and tooling machine parts to specifications.
Familiarity with CNC machine controls and their functions (adjusting tool offset, indicating fixtures or parts, changing tools, and following along with the part program).
Monitor tools and attachments to ensure parts are properly cooled and lubricated.
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and surface finishes related to blueprint requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances.
Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, dial bores, thread gauges, and basic measuring tools.
Full compliance with Adecco's client company's DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Must be Forklift Certified- Sit-down
Minimum5 years of experience in lathe; 3 years on CNC Mill/Lathe
Will train candidates with related experience, for example, automotive manufacturing and repair, and metal fabricationLong Beach, Carson, Compton, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Lawndale, Long Beach, Rancho Dominguez, Redondo Beach, Torrance

PAY RANGE:
$ $28.00/hour

DOESCHEDULE:

1st shift:
Monday- Friday, 6 AM- 2:30 PM2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM(OT as needed on Saturday, 7 AM - 12 PM)

Pay Details:
