    Responsibilities:

    • Provide skilled nursing care to residents
    • Supervise nursing activities and personnel
    • Manage emergency situations professionally
    • Ensure quality care at all times
    • Maintain accurate records and reports
    • Administer medications and treatments

    The primary focus of this role is to oversee daily nursing activities, coordinate with the team, and deliver high-quality care to residents based on established standards and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with experience in long-term care
    • Strong decision-making and management skills
    • Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Interest in working with the senior population
    • Organizational and interpersonal skills
