    YOUR SCHEDULE

    You can choose to work from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, or 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, with some flexibility available. Shifts are 8 hours, and part-time employees work 2 - 3 days/week.

    YOUR DAY

    In this role, you provide invaluable support to our residents and nursing team. Your day-to-day involves administering prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate records, evaluating resident needs, and assisting with care planning. You help maintain a high standard of care, facilitate admissions and discharges, and manage our nursing assistants and hospitality aides. Through these responsibilities, you create a warm and supportive environment that truly enhances the lives of our residents

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid Maryland LPN license
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 lbs., pushing a med cart, and helping lift residents as well as standing and walking throughout an 8-hour shift
    • Ability to respond to emergencies quickly and handle unexpected resident behavior
    • Strong English communication skills and ability to follow instructions
    • Heart for working with senior citizens
