Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage calendars
  • Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members as needed
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on action items

Skills:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and Word or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with order entry systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of general clerical procedures and office equipment operation
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay:
$ $25.89 per hour
