Tasks and Process

As a merchant, you are a true all-rounder and deal with planning, implementation and monitoring of various commercial and business management tasks. You support all company processes from order initiation to customer service after order realization. This can include purchasing goods, processing customer inquiries and orders, developing marketing concepts, planning and determining personnel deployment, and other exciting tasks. During the apprenticeship, you will learn about the various business processes and gain insight into control and monitoring. You will acquire a customer-oriented approach and work in a team, process and project-oriented manner using current information, communication and media technology.
