Our Meridian Station, MS Regional Area in Mannheim is currently seeking a:


Student Assistant in an Inclusive Residential Facility (m/f/d):
Temporary contract for initially 1 year in a minor employment position.


Your responsibilities:


  • Accompanying and supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
  • Assisting with basic care, personal hygiene, and leisure activities
  • Supporting the assigned specialist staff

Your strengths:


  • Professional and social competence, flexibility and independence in daily work, sense of responsibility, teamwork, reliability
  • Basic knowledge of common MS Office programs
  • Enthusiasm for working with people
  • Willingness to work night shifts, day shifts, and weekends/holidays


We offer the opportunity to live in a shared apartment with people with intellectual disabilities and work as a minor employee, taking on night shifts and occasionally day/weekend shifts.
