Team Leader Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning (m/f/d)We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Team Leader Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning (m/f/d) for our location in Lübeck.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational management of employees in Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning
- Allocation and supervision of customer service representatives for customer orders and processing in Cargo Process
- Communication with customers regarding planning and forecasting, decisions, available capacities, complaints, projects, etc.
- Monitoring compliance with processes
- Assisting customers during visits, inventories, audits, etc.
- Conducting trainings and fulfilling obligations as an employer for customer service representatives
- Delegating tasks and setting deadlines
- Identifying training needs and coaching employees
- Initiating and organizing team building activities
- Organizing team meetings
- Staff planning
- Vacation planning
- Supporting feasibility, price calculations, and process optimization
- Commercial or scientific education with a good to very good degree
- Several years of professional experience
- Fluent in German and English at B2 level
- Strong communication skills
