Team Leader Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Team Leader Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning (m/f/d) for our location in Lübeck.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative and operational management of employees in Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning
  • Allocation and supervision of customer service representatives for customer orders and processing in Cargo Process
  • Communication with customers regarding planning and forecasting, decisions, available capacities, complaints, projects, etc.
  • Monitoring compliance with processes
  • Assisting customers during visits, inventories, audits, etc.
  • Conducting trainings and fulfilling obligations as an employer for customer service representatives
  • Delegating tasks and setting deadlines
  • Identifying training needs and coaching employees
  • Initiating and organizing team building activities
  • Organizing team meetings
  • Staff planning
  • Vacation planning
  • Supporting feasibility, price calculations, and process optimization
Profile:
  • Commercial or scientific education with a good to very good degree
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Fluent in German and English at B2 level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team
