Description
Artisan Land Care, a division of Amy Martin Landscape Design, is seeking an experienced and knowledgable Landscape Gardener to provide niche gardening to a premium class of customers in the Cohasset/Hingham/Norwell area.
Our company is known for the highest level of professionalism and expertise in creating and maintaining extraordinary properties on the South Shore.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive care for landscapes including fine gardening, weeding, pruning, plant bed amendments and monitoring of plant health
- Planting of small trees, shrubs, perennial, annuals, seasonal containers and holiday decor
- Spring and fall cleanups of plant beds
- Working with a team, as well as ability to work independently on client properties
- Time tracking with mobile apps in the field (LMN)
Requirements:
Some horticultural knowledge of plants and plant care
2+ years working with a landscape company doing similar highly professional work
Excellent communication skills with team members and clients, ability to follow through and follow up
A hard worker, ethical, efficient, self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly and professional, a positive team member
Ability to lift 30 pounds
A valid drivers license and willingness to obtain DOT Medical Card and drive a small dump truck

$ $28.00 per hour
