Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting process development of NPI.
Works with cross functional teams to determine application specific process requirements.
Provides lessons learned input to design teams through Design for Manufacturing.
Supports Customer Audits and Visits.
Create and present reports during the NPI life cycle.
Create long term capacity plans.
Ensure NPI project does not go over budget.
Support Customer requirements.
Additional Functions:

Education:
4-year Technical College Degree in Related Field
Experience:
3+ years in Project Management in a Manufacturing environment.
Experienced with Bill of Material reviews and Equipment Cycle Time calculations.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts & techniques
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to create and present concepts to internal teams and all levels of management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint & Word
AutoCAD/SolidWorks (preferred)
