We are looking for a someone who has experience in QuickBooks and or Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Part-time poisiton with day/afternoon hours.

Has attention to detail, reliable and excellent communication skills.

Must have good computer skills and have Microsoft Office experience.


Responsibilities for Accounting Assistant:

  • Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
  • Compile and prepare routine reports
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
