Job Summary:

The primary role of the Hardware Inventory Coordinator is to maintain incoming hardware both stock and contract. This also includes receiving material and pulling orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Pull customer orders as directed by Hardware Lead.
Put stock into designated areas
Conduct cycle counts as directed
Assist in quarterly inventory
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintain detailed spread sheets as directed by Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong computer literacy skills; proficiency with all Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices
Previous experience with ERP/MERP systems is a plus
Must be skilled at problem solving and have a good attention to detail
Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills
Excellent math and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Forklift certification & experience

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
