Vintage Views Bar is a mobile bar & catering company based in Bowie, MD catering private & public events in Maryland and DC.

The Events Coordinator directly supervises event operations for private & public events throughout Maryland & DC. Responsibilities will include overseeing, planning & executing events.

The Coordinator will directly supervise all operations & bar staff and will be responsible for overseeing equipment, inventory, and logistics.

The incumbent is responsible for the execution of the setup and breakdown of all events and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are cleaned and maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business operations including equipment maintenance, inventory and logistics.
• Manage the Operations Team for Event Set up & Break down, including trailering & hauling.
• Ensures all events are operating smoothly and equipment and supplies are delivered.
• Duties include training, scheduling and managing operations and bar staff.
• Coordinates event logistics
• Plans events
• Purchasing
• Manages Inventory
• Communicates client needs to the appropriate personnel
• Directs event staff on execution
• Attends events to ensure execution and assists as needed
• Bar & Vehicle Maintenance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Requires experience in event planning or catering. Brewery, bar, restaurant, or warehouse experience will be considered.
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to function in a fastpaced environment under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
• Comfort in a dynamic, alwayschanging environment.
• Ability to use tools and problem solve.
• Must be selfmotivated, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and lead a team with little or no supervision.
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business and working alone.
• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Strong ability to multitask & troubleshoot.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience with draft systems a plus.
• Experience with trailering a plus.
• Experience bartending or serving a plus.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a management role or similar
• Must have nights, weekends and flexible availability
• Must be able to engage in physical labor
• Must have a clean driving record

Pay

• Fulltime salaried position $50$60k pending experience

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
