This is a position of GHX Elite Seed Sales Specialist at Golden Harvest, within a company in Jackson, MS.About the Role:
As a GHX Elite Seed Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights, fostering innovation, and offering expert agronomic knowledge to tackle intricate agricultural issues. Your proficiency and capabilities will be of utmost importance in catering to our customers' requirements and driving our organizational mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate demand at the customer level, ensuring customer awareness of our products and enhancing interest in Syngenta solutions.
- Serve as a guardian of the Syngenta portfolio by providing recommendations and addressing field concerns collaboratively with Agronomy.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by listening to farmers, surpassing their expectations, and aligning interests with theirs.
- Engage in modern business practices by offering a unique selling experience. Educate farmers by challenging conventional practices, sharing expertise to establish long-term trust, and tailoring and providing prescriptive field suggestions. Offer access to the industry's widest and most diverse hybrids portfolio. Contribute effectively as a team player within the broader Seed Sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, a degree in a non-Agriculture discipline, or relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in a customer-focused role, with proven sales and negotiation abilities. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
