    This is a Full Time W2 position, no subcontracting or C2C.


    Responsibilities:


    Support the maintenance of the initiative slide master, detailed project plan, and milestone synchronization plan across all aspects of the initiative.

    Support the preparation of project working sessions, sounding boards, steering committees and document results/taking minutes.
    Organize and maintain Teams pages and files to ensure that content is current, accessible and easy to navigate.
    With support from IMO analysts, creates high-visibility communications and presentations to provide status updates to stakeholders and executives.
    Onboard vendor resources including (e.g. user credentials, hardware, building access, email, etc.)
    Maintain vendor travel logs and reconcile with vendor invoicing.
    Manage business-facing communication channels such as Confluence, SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure up-to-date content and relevant messaging.
    Support Organizational Change Management activities with creation and distribution of written communications.
    Coordinate meetings ensuring availability of rooms, participants, equipment and resources as needed for initiative activities. Coordinate with Sub-Product Owners and Workstream Leads to mitigate conflicting meetings and activities.
    Manage department email box, calendars and distribution lists.
    Order supplies needed for BOBCAT Initiative team.
    Promptly escalates decisions and issues with appropriate IMO team member and/or BOBCAT leadership team.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum Associates degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.


    Required:
    5+ years experience working in professional environment.
    2+ years Project Management Office experience
    Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task while working with multiple stakeholders.
    Ability to execute multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

    Proficiency with MS Office tools:
    PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
    Ability to create professional communications using Word and PowerPoint while adhering to Corporate Identity standards.
    Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to move projects forward.
    Demonstrated ability to discern importance and urgency of topics raised and escalate issues as needed.
    Demonstrable ability to communicate professionally via email, phone and in-person.


    Preferred:
    Experience working in an agile environment, maintaining Jira and Confluence
    Experience building and maintaining SharePoint Online site.
    Experience maintaining project plans using MS Project.
