    DevOps Engineer

    IDR is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join one of our top clients in Alpharetta, GA., or Washington DC. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today

    This is a Hybrid role with 2 remote days each week in Alpharetta, GA, or Washington DC.

    Position Overview for the DevOps Engineer:

    • Oversee federal government, private, and public cloud hosting infrastructure.
    • Remediate production issues caused by infrastructure health.
    • Drive firmware, software, cloud, and device components within several physical and virtual data centers.
    • Take part in monthly compliance reviews and yearly audits.
    • Run analytics reports for stakeholders.
    • Act as an escalation point for development to research data related to issues with products.

    Required Skills for the DevOps Engineer:

    • Strong professional experience with Microsoft products such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS.
    • Strong experience with on-premise environments and hardware applications like Cisco switches and NetApp storage devices.
    • Strong ability to use PowerShell to automate tasks.
    • Currently possess or open to acquiring HSPD-12 certifications.
    • Prior Azure cloud experience is preferred.
