We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Sankt Augustin near Bonn as an entry-level project manager.

As a company within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we have been providing secure jobs for over 20 years to approximately 300 employees.

Together with the Sparkassen, we create jobs locally and are continuously expanding to new locations throughout Germany.

Our services are tailored to the needs of the Sparkassen and are divided into the areas of real estate, cash supply, general administrative tasks, and financial accounting.

Through optimal process and cost management, we make a significant contribution to the future viability of our customers.

Within the "Service Management" department, we support Sparkassen in (consulting) projects with a high level of experience and expertise, and accompany them in optimizing processes and providing solutions.

What will be my responsibilities? As a point of contact, you will provide advice to our clients on process optimization and actively contribute practical and realistic solutions.

As part of your tasks, you will independently create presentations and concepts as a basis for decision-making and present your results to our clients.

You will participate in various tendering projects for services (including cash, cleaning, and caretaker services), lead negotiation talks, and take on contract creation with our service providers.
