What You'll Be Doing:

Provide quality customer service in a safe, homelike environment
Protect and promote resident rights

What we're looking for:

Enthusiasm for life and adding value to the lives of others
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience providing quality customer service facetoface and via telephone
Prior experience working with a senior population (preferred)
Ability to adapt quickly, ability to establish confidence and trust with our residents
