    Job Description
    • Minimum 4 years experience in the field as a site superintendent
    • Candidate must be able to perform layout on jobsite
    • Candidate must be motivated and have the ability to manage subcontractors onsite
    • Candidate must be able to review, update and maintain project schedule
    • Must have computer and email skills to communicate with team members on projects
    • Working knowledge of MEP systems and steel
    • Retail and ground-up experience required
    • Some travel
    • OSHA Certification
