"We are a family-owned, medium-sized company based in Neu-Isenburg. Due to our growth, we are seeking strong support for our headquarters in the area of real estate accounting in Burns City, IN.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing accounting of our real estate in collaboration with external tax consultants (creditor/debtor accounting, payments, taxes, and other financial matters)
Creating transparency in accounting
Preparation and execution of rent collections
Management and settlement of rental deposits
Assistance with operating cost statements

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training with professional experience in the mentioned area or equivalent qualification
Good accounting knowledge
Knowledge of operating cost regulations
Good user skills in MS Office programs
Responsible and structured work style
Communicative and teamoriented personality
