Equipment Fulfillment Returns Specialist Intern

About Your Role:

The Equipment Fulfillment Returns Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Equipment Fulfillment team in the daily functions of processing equipment returns.

The individual in this position must be able to apply Supply Chain Management disciplines to the daily operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Logging equipment returns into the inventory manually and via equipment scanner.
Open and close equipment retrieval tasks in Rev.
IO.
Provide and log returned inventory information to associates and customers.
Maintain physical security over equipment stored in inventory until returned and processed accordingly.
Responsible for ensuring that inventory records are accurate at all times.

Responsible for preparing and transmitting RMA labels to customers and associates through the equipment retrieval process in as well as via email communications.

Maintain an orderly storage space for inventoried assets.
Maintain equipment database to keep track of company assets in the field and in the office.
Test and validate the working condition of all returned equipment.
Factory reset and properly scrub equipment for future use.
Process RTV (return to vendor) orders for equipment that needs replacement

Qualifications:
Active enrollment and pursuing a Bachelors Degree

Inventory/Warehouse experience a plus.

Experience with Inventory Management systems a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Access)

Must be a self-starter who is detail oriented.

Capable of generating innovative ideas and continuous improvement efforts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task.
